The night Callie got sent to Juvie.
Franks POV
These kids are just so freaking loud! Can't they be quiet for a minute? I swear to God if they keep up with this, I am gonna make them regret it.
"Shut the fuck up the two of you! I am trying to watch the game!"
Callie looks up at me, but doesn't say anything, just stares at me defiantly, that brat! She is so stupid, she doesn't know her place, always confronting me and defending that whiny little brother of hers. Jude leaves the room, I don't know where he is going and I don't care, as long as I can't hear him everything is great.
I need another bear; I deserve it after being home all day with these annoying beings. As I grab a bottle from the fridge I notice Callie is looking at me " WHAT? Something wrong?" and she just looks away.
God I can't stand this Girl, I am gonna watch the game in my room, no kids there. Unfreaking believable, what on earth is Jude doing in Terri's dress?! Is he a queer now? "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" He is scared and he should be, I grap him by his arm and he screams.
Callie POV
Jude screamed! Something is wrong, I have to help him. I run to Frank's room and he is beating the crap out of Jude. My baby brother is crying , I need to do something this is my fault. I kick and punch Frank trying to get him off of Jude but he just turns around and kicks me in the stomach. It hurts so bad, I just fall and lay there on the floor trying to breath. I look at Jude and Frank is on top of him again. He is so small, and I can see he is bleeding. I need to help him.
I get up, and I feel my ribs burning. I need to do something. I know what will stop Frank. I run outside I get a baseball bat and start smashing his cards. It's only a matter of seconds and he is outside with me. He grabs me by my wrist and takes me back inside, he punches me in the face and after I fall he grabs the bat and starts hitting me with it. It hurts, but at least Jude is okay, I know he is looking at me, I have to be strong for him.
Jude POV
Callie is hurting, what can I do? Why did I have to wear that dress?! Why?
The police is on the door, they will help Callie, won't they? They have to, so I open the door and them in. The take Frank off of Callie, I can see she is in pain.
She tells them what happened, and Franks just kept rolling his eyes. After she finished talking the officers asked Frank what happened. They can't believe him right? He is lying" He is saying Callie is mad and that he was protecting himself.
"HE IS LYING"
I run to Callie and she hugs me as tight as she can. She kisses me in the head and says everything will be okay.
Frank continues to talk about how Callie has some serious issues. They believe him. Oh my god, they are going to arrest her! They can't do that, they can't. I just crying, they can't do that, it's wrong. She was just protecting me.
Callie looks at me trying her best to sound fine, but I know she is just as scared and freaked out as I am. Before they take her all she says is " I love you and I promise I'll come back baby".
They are driving away and Fran has an awful grin on his face.
