It was hard, of course. But when he sees her worried eyes and her painful twitch around her lips, it just floods away.
He just doesn't understand. How come that she is able to make him calm and 'normal'. When did he give her that power? He just didn't know.
What it the moment he looked at her flashing pink hair and dazzling green eyes?
Or was it just that her smile was so pure, and untouched.
Even if blood drips from her fist and she has a killing glare, she's still so pure.
And that was the main reason why he's suppressing his power.
Because the kyuubi knows that he loves her.
And it knows that if Sakura would die at his hands, he would lose control.
And the world would be never the same again.
