So eight years today I lost my best friend.. So this song inspired me to write a death of a loved one like I did
"Maybe in another life, I could find you there- pulled away before your time. I can't deal, it's so unfair." Noctis wiped away the tears that were rolling down his cheeks.
He squatted down at her grave and he ran his fingers along the lettering on the stone.

He left sylleblossoms on her grave, showing that he still cares about her and that he deeply misses his best friend.
"Luna, I wish I could trad places with you. I would want you to live instead of me. You deserve a life, not me." He sobbed and more tears rolled down his cheeks.
"I wrote you a letter." He reached into his pants pocket and he unfolded the paper. "Luna, I miss you deeply and I want you to know that. You will always be my best friend even if you're not here. I will always remember you, and the days we spent. You meant the world to me. You made me a better person. I just wish you had more time, I wanted you to be just more than my friend. I loved you more than that and it was too late for me to say that to you." As he finished reading it, he cried louder.
He reached to the sky and called out her name. "Luna, oh please let me trade, I would!"
He fell to his knees and he hugged to tomb stone and cried uncontrollably.
The world has grown cold, now that you're gone away.
"I-I can't take back what's taken from me."
The wind picked up and surrounded him as if the princess was comforting him.
"Luna, I want you back so bad! It's so hard to live without you." He pulled away from the stone and he heard a voice, it sounded like her.
"Noctis, I'm with you always and I love you."
Her voice gave him comfort somehow but he still felt pain in his chest and his eyes burn from all the crying he's done.
"Please, I beg you to let me trade." He knows it's impossible to do that, but he wanted her to have a better life than his. He can't live without her, it stings so much. He can't get over the pain, nor her.
He stood to his feet. "Today is the day I marry Iris. I wish it was you instead. Since we were kids I always thought you and I will have a family but it didn't happen nor it never will. I wanted to let you know how much you mean to me and that I wanted you to be my wife."
"I should get ready. Luna, I love you so much." He let out a sad sigh. He wished she had more time. "It's not fair that you had to leave this world!"
"Noctis, I'm with you always. Don't forget that."
He left the graveyard without any other words to say.
