A/N: this poem is about Kannan's soul giving a message to Hakkai…it's kinda weird but if you will read between the lines…you'll see that there's something more to it (^_^)…hope you like it…

Open Up Your Mind…Your Heart

The blue sky shows no emotions

Still, calm, serene, tranquil

But somehow it touches the soul of everyone looking at it

A smile, a shrug, a cry, a longing

Then the rain pours outside

You look at the dews that it creates in the flowers

So fresh…it cleanses the world from its murkiness

…yes…The smell of nature is good after the rain

Wondering why such poetry runs in a weird way like this

Like a river, in each turn there is something exciting

The wild curves of the river give it life

And puts away the lonely stain in the cheeks

The past is not important they say

What's important is today…TODAY?

But how come it's hard to forget?

Those memories are like the wind…you want to hold it but then…it's gone…lost…fading into nothingness…

you want to cherish it…but it's gone

…GONE…GONE…GONE…

the words echoes in the deafening silence

alone in the room…the weary song of the wind cries out loud

as if someone out there is trying to give you a message

someone who wants to remind you of something

…BUT WHAT IS IT?…

look around

sense the soul of the surroundings

don't close your heart

open up your mind

life is weird…same as this poetry

but people make crazy things

and crazy things are done for a reason

you just have to feel it…sense it…then grasp it!

Close your eyes

Feel your heart

It's beating

That means you're still alive

ALIVE!

And as long as you're alive

You must not loose hope…there are more days to come

You must make the best out of it

Life is like that…sometimes, you are tested…and in that test…YOU MUST WIN!

Then again…the blue sky shows no emotions

But emotions pour on the person looking at it…

And feels the texture of the sky…the soul of the sky

You just have to search a little deeper…and you'll see

This poem is getting crazier than I expected it to be

And like I said…crazy things are made for a reason

And in this case…it's just that I missed someone so much…

And that someone…

Is YOU…

Open up your mind…your heart

The next time the wind whispers to you

It's just plain witness…a proof that someone cares

Because the same wind passed me too

Like the same sky we're looking up too once

Don't be afraid even if I'm gone

Open up your mind…your heart…

I'M THERE

You feel it beating…that means you're alive

And as long as you're alive…you must go on

Cherish what's in front of you…your friends…Sanzo…Goku…Gojyo

Don't give up…life is full of challenges

FACE IT! And just smile…and always remember…

Hakkai woke up with a jolt…he looked outside the bedroom window…It's already morning…he overslept…Hakkai heard Goku knocking on the door, they must be worried coz' it's unusual of him to over sleep…he had the most wonderful dream…Hakkai smiled and get dressed and looked again outside the window…he looked at the blue sky…so calm, so lovely to look at, he smiled and whispered… "I miss you too"…he walks out the door and greets his companions…it's a new day…my journey must go on…
