Pool Boy
A/N: This is really not good at all. It's something I wrote in about fifteen minutes. I was making up a funny story about how my life was going to turn out and this is what I came up with. Enjoy.
Bella clocked out at the hospital and headed to her trusty, rusty, old truck.
It'd gotten her through high school, college, medical school, and her residency without a problem and it
still got her from her job as a neurologist to her home faithfully.
She drove the twisty back roads that brought her from Port Angeles to Forks and parked her truck beside her white double wide trailer.
She walked up her porch and took a moment to gaze over the inviting water of her pool, darkened by the night. She was happy to know that she had the next day off and would be able to enjoy its coolness.
Along with my gorgeous pool boy, She added.
She forced herself to shake off the image of the bronze haired, green eyed god and head into the house.
She nodded to her maid, who was cooking dinner, as she passed through the kitchen into the living room.
She plopped down in her recliner and turned on her TV to the Sci Fy channel and waited to Esme to announce that the food was done.
She ate her food quickly and went to bed, excited for the next day.
Bella awoke the next morning and immediately pulled on her hot pink two piece bikini her best friend, Alice had insisted on her buying after she'd run into Bella's pool boy one day.
She stepped out into the hot sunshine and noticed Edward already hard at work skimming the pool.
He'd taken his shirt off and his chiseled chest was glistening with sweat.
He looked up when Bella shut the door to her house. Her knees nearly gave out when he flashed her his award winning smile and climbed the stairs to the porch to claim her lips in a searing kiss.
Unbeknownst to anyone else Edward and Bella had been having a secret relationship since the second day Edward had started working for her. Edward believed it was time to take it a step farther.
When he released Bella's lips he smiled at her and dropped to one knee and asked for her hand in marriage.
Bella said yes and they lived happily ever after.
