Following are a number of drabbles and shorts concerning the Evangelion universe, some serious and some not so much. This first one was written for a 30 minute drabble challenge at my university anime society and kind of inspired me to write the others. Anyhow hope you guys enjoy them.
"Colours" or "Why Gendo Ikari doesn't host Changing Rooms"
"Misato" asked Shinji one evening, "why IS unit 01 purple and green? I mean, come to think of it none of the evangelions are coloured anything even remotely stealthy. If I didn't know better I'd swear it was because whoever decided on the paint schemes was high as a kite on something"………."err Misato?" enquired Shinji of the purple headed woman sat opposite him who was apparently attempting to choke on her instant ramen.
"Erm……for tactical reasons I think" replied Misato, attempting to banish resurgent memories of a tripping Gendo Ikari from her traumatised mind. And people wondered why she drank……….
