Battle For The Past

The Next Avengers find themselves in another mess when they are sent back into the past just after the Battle for Manhattan and they also find their parents! But when SHIELD sent them back they have a special mission in mind. Will the Next Avengers do it in exchange for a better future or will they want to go back?

Alright this is my first story so no flames please. The story starts after the movie and they defeated all the robots in Ultra City.

"Good job guys in 10 days we defeated all the robots in Ultra City." said James with a proud voice.

"Actually James" said Payton "it was like a month."

"Sorry but I don't keep track back of time." Replied James

"Sometimes we feel like we're your personal assistants than your little twin sisters." Said Glimmer

"In our case I'm also the second command of this team and so is Glimmer" said Payton rolling her eyes.

"Well it's harder than you think to lead a team Payton "said James " and if you think it's so easy try leading the team."

"Why are they second in command I mean there only they're only thirteen," commented Hawkeye "if any I should be second in command or even first."

"Whatever" screams James, Payton, and Glimmer.

"This going to be a long day, "mumbles Azari

At Shield headquarters in the Past

"Is the project ready?"

"Almost sir"

"Good start the machine "

"Yes sir"

What plans do think SHIELD has? Also I forgot to mention Payton and Glimmer Rogers are my OCs and James' younger twin sisters that are 13. Also they have special necklaces that give them power (you'll learn later). And sorry for the short chapter.
