"Puck."

He's standing at her door, and when the doorbell rang only moments earlier, Quinn would have never expected it to be him.

Puck nods slowly.

"What are you doing here?" she demanded, putting her hands on her hips.

More to the point, why was she here? She should've been at church almost an hour ago. Fuck, she should at least be with Sam, but not Puck.

"I realized" he said slowly "That we missed her first Christmas."

Puck didn't say her name, though he didn't need too. Quinn knew exactly what he meant.

Quinn inhaled sharply "That was nearly a month ago."

"I know."

They pause for a moment, before Quinn steps to the side with a sigh.

"Would you like to come in?" she asks, only out of politeness.

Although Puck can't remember the last time he saw Quinn Fabray being polite.

He steps into her house, and Quinn turns away.

"You can't stay long" she said briskly, walking over to the mirror in the living room
"I have to get to Church."

Puck didn't say anything, just took a seat on the sofa.

"Well, is that the only reason you came?" Quinn asked, pulling up the back zipper on the dress she was wearing.

Puck paused hesitantly, before replying "No."

"Well, why-the zipper's stuck!"

He raised an eyebrow at her sudden change of conversation, but didn't push it any further "Would you like some help?"

Quinn nodded. Slowly, silently.

He got up to help her, and she remained as stiff as a board.

"Do you miss her?" Puck asked, as pulled the zipper up, and Quinn turned to face him.

Yes, why wouldn't I?"

"Because you act like it never happened!" Puck replied, louder and angrier then he would have liked.

She chewed her lip, before making her way to the sofa and burying her head in her hands.

"I keep trying to move on" Quinn whispered, so quietly Puck barely heard her "But I can't! I regret it all. Giving Beth up, having sex with you in the first place, even becoming head Cheerio again and dating Sam! I regret all of it!"

She began to sob, and Puck sighed.

"Quinn, I'm sorry. I didn't mean-"

"Didn't mean to what? Get me pregnant?"

For the next few minutes, the only sound was Quinn's sobbing.

"I just really miss her, and I want to see her" se mumbled, and Puck went and sat down next to her.

"Well, I suppose we could. I mean-"

"No, Puck. I'm with Sam now. And I'm not going to ruin my relationship with Sam like I ruined my relationship with Finn. And I'll only be able to achieve it if you stay out of my life."

She suddenly stood up, and left the room, retuning a few moments later with two bottles of vodka."

"Don't talk" Quinn tells him as she hands him the bottle "Just drink."

So they did.

They sat there, her head resting on his shoulder, the only sound being their breathing and the clinking of bottles.

Puck knows that tomorrow Quinn will go back to ignoring him, go back to being Cheerio Quinn with her quarterback boyfriend Sam Evans.

Quinn knows that tomorrow Puck will go back to being a stud, and start sleeping with Santana again.

But right now, they had this moment.

A moment with forgotten memories and some bottles of vodka.
