Pokémon? Most people have no idea that that word even exists.
In this world, there is no leaving home at an early age to train creatures for battle. Children will go to school to learn things and prepare for life before they graduate and move on to bigger and better things. They get married, make families, go to work every morning, and do normal, everyday things that people typically tend to do. Normal animals live in this world, doing nothing but what is expected. Mystical creatures that can be bonded with and used for battling others and having adventures? People would laugh that idea to scorn if it was ever voiced aloud.
That is, most would, anyway.
There are some people who have the ability to be trainers, who can see through the veil of magic that covers the animals of this world and allow them to see their real forms- the legendary beings known as Pokémon. Once a trainer discovered his or her ability, they must find and bond with their Pokémon partner, training to become stronger, all while trying to keep the world of Pokémon a secret from the normal humans.
Special schools have been started just for the purpose of teaching new trainers to battle with and care for their partners, so they can interact with other trainers and Pokémon alike, readying them for adventures they will have and travelling with their Pokémon when they are finally old enough. Most of these different schools were characterized by different types, like Mystia Hall took in Psychic trainers and Acqua Institute was a school of Water type trainers. There is one school, however, that trains trainers of all types.
It is called Unica Academy.
Trainers from all over have dreamed of getting accepted into Unica Academy, one of the top Pokemon battling schools around. With some of the best teachers around, a beautiful facility, and even a small neighboring town near the nearby beach, who wouldn't want to go to a school like that? Of course, not very many trainers can be accepted. It is a special trainer school, after all.
All they can do is send in their admission forms and hope for the best.
Ok, I'm only going to except twelve OCs for the students of Unica Academy, but I might accept a few later for some of the other rival schools.I made a forum for the all the OC forms (The link is on my profile) so go on and check it out!
