I was over at the Cullen's house listening to Edward play his piano, when I heard him growl. He stood up quickly and hissed in a voice so low that I wasn't sure what he said, "No Alice." I saw her run down the stairs and stop right in front of Edward, "Can I at least ask her?" she asked, doing a puppy dog pout that would put most girls to shame.
"Fine," he sighed, defeat in his beautiful features. Alice squealed happily and turned to me, her expression hopeful. "Bella, would you like to play truth or dare, Cullen Style?" she sang. I looked at Edward and he had on his face a resigned look in his eyes, and I knew I should be scared. "Umm...Ok?" I said hesitantly, making it come out like a question. Even though we were a couple of rooms away from him and Rose, I could hear Emmet cheer loudly when he heard my response. "Great!" she said happily, turning towards the door, "We're playing in the living room now, so hurry up" she added, and danced out the door. I sighed and turned towards Edward and I asked," Should I be afraid?" "Very." He said sadly taking hold of my hand and gently pulling me down the stairs
