Pokenronpa: Fortunate Reality
Prologue Part 1.
Everything consists of a right and a wrong, two sides of the same coin, Truth and Lies, Virtues and Bias, Harmony and Disorder, Hope and Despair. All born from one single existence… Fortune.

The first thing I see, pitch darkness. I was hollow, unwavering, unemotional. Felt a small tingling sensation as I gained control of my body. I felt the tingling sensation rush through my arms and legs as if I was taking control of my body once again. I could feel my surroundings, the stagnant air, the cold hard surface I laid against and my eyes adjusted and pierced through the pitch blackness. I moved my arms, pressed them against the hard surface behind and pushed myself up.
It took a second for me to be accustomed to my legs, as I tried to stand up my legs wobbled like they hadn't been used in a long time. It was as if I had been in slumber for a long time and was waking up after one-hundred-years of slumber. I balanced myself and stood straight up and observed my form as my vision started to adjust to the dimly lit room.
"This is me…." I whisper to myself in assurance as my memory slowly came back to me.
I am a young high school student named Evan Lutios. I am an Eevee from a large family of Eeveelutions. My family was known for being full of Alumni for a certain famous school, a school for gifted young students and people who want to make a difference in the world, a school known as Soul Dew Academy.
My mother, father, brothers and sisters all graduated from this illustrious school under the title of Ultimates. I learned many, many things from them and one day I got a letter in the mail; addressing me as the Ultimate Apprentice and granted me the opportunity to attend Soul Dew Academy.
But enough about me. "Where am I exactly?" I asked myself out loud. I looked around the room I was in and it was similar to that of a classroom. The windows had the curtains drawn and the desks were empty. I walked up to the windows and drew the curtains to find the windows were barred and the windows seemed to dusty to see through. I then turned away from the window and observed the classroom once again and then like magic, the blackboard at the other end of the classroom switched from its black colour to a bright blue and started displaying words.
'Welcome to Soul Dew Academy Evan Lutios, please make your way to the gymnasium for freshmen orientation! You will find an E-Pokedex on the desk you woke up at that has a map of the school! Please make your way there soon!'
And then the blackboard switched off back to its original state. That was certainly an odd message to receive on a futuristic blackboard. "This is Sould Dew Academy? Hmm, if I'm at the Academy then there should be other students here too. Might as well find them." I said to myself as I pulled the door open and stepped into the hallway. The hallway looked like any normal school hallway, except that all the windows were barbed and it seemed like no light was getting in. As I stared down the barren halls there seemed to be weird patterns spray painted on the walls. "What kind of school allows this kind of décor?" I asked myself as I held up the E-Pokedex and pressed a button on the side which brought the small pad to life.
The E-Pokedex first displayed the name 'Evan Lutios' and then showed a map including the point where I was standing. "They even have my name; it seems they were expecting me…" I mumbled as I swiped across the dex to view most of the map until I saw a large room with a red exclamation point in the middle. Logic dictates that was the gym and that was my destination.
I started walking down the hallway following the map to the gymnasium, only the sound of my own steps ringing out. Without any sign of life in the hallway besides me I was becoming more and more nervous. I tugged at the collar of my shirt as I continued walking, quickening my pace as I go.
Then as I drew closer and closer to the gym, I starting hearing something. A crackling noise like electricity. The sound of sparking electricity grew louder and louder and as I looked behind me and saw one rounded eye and another crimson red, distorted eye staring at me from the shadows. The being in shadows then sparked blue lightning which illuminated the whole hallway and shot sparks at me.
Scared, I ran away from the creature. I could hear the noises draw closer and closer as the creature chased after me. I sharply turned the corners as I dashed frantically through the halls. As the creature drew closer I grew more desperate to get away.
But then as I came to a crossroads in the hallways, I all of a sudden smacked into another person! "Ack!" I exclaimed as we both fell to the ground.
"Auugh, what's gives- Hey!" The other guy said as he looked straight into my eyes. "Are you the sixteenth Ultimate?" He asked me swiftly. I now had gotten a good look at the guy. He was an Arcanine with a mane of blond fur on his head with orange fur on the rest of his body along with black stripes and a large upper build. He wore a black track jacket and matching tracksuit bottoms with flame patterns on them and a white t-shirt underneath, including wearing a whistle around his neck.
"H-huh? The Sixteenth Ultimate? Well yes I'm an Ultimate but-" I began but was quickly cut off by the Arcanine.
"Oh thank Arceus I finally found you! We need to get to the gym, quickly! The others are waiting for us!" He told me as he grabbed my wrist and forcefully pulled me through the hallway where he came.
"H-Hey hold on who are you and what gives you the right to just grab me!?" I exclaimed as I tried to pull my wrist away from him.
"Hey look I'm sorry but we don't have much time! We need to get to the gym until they find us!" He said back at me, a desperate tone in his voice.
Then as if on cue, from around the corner we saw sparks of lighting shooting out and the creature turned its head around the corner. "Mwe heh heh…" I heard it snicker.
"Aw crap! Run!" The Arcanine yelled as he took off sprinting down the hall still gripping my wrist.
I struggled to keep up with the larger guy as he practically dragged me through the halls of the academy, despite me struggling and constant pleas for him to let me go he ignored me and kept running until finally we came to a door and the Arcanine burst through it.
He finally stopped and let go of my wrist once we were inside but then he quickly shut the door to prevent whatever was chasing us from getting in.
"Owww…." I winced as I rubbed my sore wrist.
"Whew… I think the coast is clear." The Arcanine said in relief, his body relaxing as he wiped the sweat off his forehead. The Arcanine then looked at me on the floor and his face went from tense to a look of guilt. The Arcanine then walked over and knelt down next to me. "Hey, sorry about that. You alright?" He asked in a soft tone.
I was agitated at the Arcanine for dragging me through the halls against my will and was tempted to snap back at him; but on the other hand he had saved my life from whatever was chasing the both of us so I figured I really had no right to bed angry.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I said as I averted my gaze from him.
At first I thought we were the only two in the gymnasium but I was sorely mistaken as I looked up from the floor and saw… fourteen other students, all looking vastly different from one another. The Ultimate Students of Soul Dew Academy…
