The pain was intense. He hurt all over his body, but mostly on his face and shoulder. It felt like fire. He was used to pain from training, but this pain was excruciating. His vision was blurry, but he faintly saw Rey helping the traitor FN2187 on to the Millennium Falcon. Then all went black.
Kylo woke up with a bright light in his face. His body throbbed with pain. He looked around the room. A medical droid was next to him changing the gauze on his wounds. He suspected he was in a medical bay in one of the First Order bases. The droid put some healing liquid on the wound on his shoulder. It stung like acid. Kylo yelled out in pain, using the Force and slamming the droid against the wall. It crumpled under the pressure of the Force and began sparking.
Kylo tried to sit up. Volts of pain shot through his body, forcing him to remain lying down. He felt helpless and vulnerable. Had that scavenger girl had done this. Defeated the great Kylo Ren. She had no training, but somehow managed to beat him. Kylo's face burned with shame and anger.
The door of the bay opened. General Hux stiffly walked in. Kylo groaned at his presence.
"I see you are awake," Hux said sternly.
He looked over at the smashed droid.
"And your not in a good mood," he remarked sarcastically.
Kylo tried to sit up again. He decided to quickly sit up hoping he could bare through the pain. He tried but the pain shot all through him. Kylo let out a wail. Hux chuckled under his breath. Kylo's face burned in anger and he quickly fell back on to the bed.
"What do you want, Hux?" he snapped.
"You've been out for three days," Hux replied," I was merely seeing if you were awake."
Kylo knew Hux had come to see him in his helpless state. He knew it brought the General pleasure to see him this way.
"Well you have seen what you came for so get out," Kylo spat.
"Do you wish for me to continue to command the First Order?" Hux said smugly.
"GET OUT HUX!!!" Kylo yelled.
"As you wish Ren," Hux said with a laugh, and stiffly walked out.
Kylo hated that ginger. He hated his smug attitude and how he treated him as a child. He always felt like Hux was trying to find his weakness.
Kylo's thought trailed back to Rey. He had to find her. He couldn't let her find Luke. Kylo knew that Luke would never agree to help them but he still did wanted to make sure Rey never got to him. It still baffled him how strong in the Force she was. She was almost as strong as him. He had never seen anyone with her power. Kylo decided the first thing he was going to do when he recovers from his wounds was to find that girl.
