Bare Skin
I've hoped for change,
And it gets better everyday
I've hoped for change,
But still I feel the same-Paramore, Whoa
"What are you doing?" Jacob asks as Leah stands up on the beach, and begins to strip off her clothes.
"Skinny dipping," Leah answers.
"B-But why?" Jacob asks.
"Oh hush," Leah says. "It's not like it's anything you haven't seen before."
When Jacob knows Leah isn't looking, he studies her body, the way her curves flow together, the way her hair is the perfect color to match it. He has never noticed these things before, and it surprises him.
As Leah walks to the gray water, Jacob stands up and begins to remove his clothes.
"What are you doing?" Leah asks.
"Joining you," Jacob says as a grin comes across his face.
Leah makes a face. "Oh, please no," she pleads.
"Too late," Jacob says, still grinning.
"Just stay away from me, please," Leah says.
Jacob rolls his eyes. "Relax, Leah. I'm not going to rape you or anything. Haven't you ever heard to always swim with a buddy?"
Leah ignores him and walks deeper into the water.
"What led you to do this, Leah?" Jacob asks, following her.
"I thought I told you to stay away from me!" Leah says, turning back to face Jacob. She puts her hands on Jacob's chest and tries to push him away.
As Leah's hands rest on Jacob, something changes in both of them. They both feel the need to be closer to each other, to touch each other in more ways than one.
Then they are all over each other, Jacob's lips on Leah's neck, Leah's hands bound tightly in his hair.
"Why did you go skinny dipping, Leah?" Jacob growls softly.
"Isn't it obvious?" Leah answers in a cool voice. "To get you to notice me."
"It worked," Jacob says, moving his lips back to Leah's.
The next morning they wake up on the beach on top of each other, clothes long forgotten.
(A/N: I have no idea where this idea came from, but I like it! Reviews are love!)
