Sasuke looked at Sakura for a moment. He had to be totally sure, what with the super-strength. Breathing in sharply, he made up his mind. There was no going back after this.
"Sakura..." He said, slowly. "Can I talk to you about something important?"
"Sure Sasuke..." Sakura nodded, moving over to him.
"I need you to..." Sasuke began.
"Go on..."
"Can you... rebuild my clan?"
Sakura gasped in shock. "Me? And not Ino? Why me? Tell me!"
Sasuke sighed. "Are you sure you want to know? Look me in the eye and answer."
"Yes..." Sakura looked away for a second and then looked back into Sasuke's eyes. "Yes I do."
Sasuke braced himself. This was the moment. This one moment that held his life in the balance.
Then Sasuke spoke, clear and sure. "Well, it's physically impossible to get a male pregnant and you were the closest thing I could find."
Sakura fainted while Sasuke admired the new crater Sakura had made when she channelled all her chakra to her back. Whistling, Sasuke stuck his hands in his pockets and walked away smiling to himself.
