A/N: If you read my 'story' Breaking Dawn Rumors or Facts? all I have to say is: who is an amazing genius that got the REAL cover art to Breaking Dawn two weeks before it was released..? ME!
Ok, I'm done…sorry, I wanted a moment, okay??
Anyway, yeah I deleted that story because it's not exactly necessary anymore, is it? I will replace it with an equally pointless story!
The Quest of Attaining the Great Special Edition Eclipse!!
(Cue mission impossible music)
May 31st
8:30 a.m.
Caroline and I are sitting in the pouring rain outside our local Barnes and Noble. (Waiting because it's doesn't open till nine)
We are actually thrilled by the torrential down pour that is soaking us, because it puts us in a 'Forks' mood
Angry wet bookstore employees walk to the door and unlock it, completely ignoring our existence.
Finally I decide that the first chapter of Breaking Dawn is more important then my dignity so I walk inside.
"Um, excuse me, we are NOT open yet!" angry book man says.
"It's 8:57! Does it really matter?" I ask.
Angry book man sighs "Whatever"
That is the cowardly Caroline's cue to enter.
We run to the back of the store straight to the sacred Young Adult section. But, alas! The Special Edition is not there!
Angry book man is walking towards the back.
I run out practically tackling him.
"Umm, ahh, do you have the Special Edition Eclipse, by any chance??" I ask, getting more panicked by the second.
Angry book man keeps walking "Well, considering I just got in and I'm soaking wet, I wouldn't know would I?" he grumbles, disappearing into a back room.
He is a meany and kills the Twilight Spirit.
We run over to another employee.
"Um, do you have the special edition eclipse?" we ask.
"Isn't that supposed to come out later?" he asks ignorantly.
We gasp! "You are gravely mistaken sir! The Special edition is coming out TODAY!" Caroline says.
"We are kind of obsessed" I say, as if an explanation was needed to why we were at the bookstore at an ungodly hour on a Saturday demanding a book that wasn't even on the shelves yet.
"I'll go look in the back" he says, much nicer than the first meany book guy.
Caroline and I pace anxiously.
He comes back with a tattered box, saying this is all they have. Caroline and I weep for joy, blessing the ground he walks on.
He hands us the shiny, brand new books and we pay for them and exit the store!!
As we were leaving, the employees gather in a cluster whispering, about us and out psychoticness I believe, but it didn't matter!
Huzzah!! The divine first chapter was ours at last!
We were the first people in our small town to get it, which made us feel special for being so stalkerishly obsessed.
THE END!
A/N wow, I just had the need to write that because I was so excited, I'm sorry you had to suffer through that!
