Capitol Mason, Mellark, Cresta tortured broken some brainwashed after months of waiting some wishing for death of Snow and Katniss some remembers their loved one Finnick.
They did not expect to meet a female Peacekeeper to heal them. Her name is Thamina and she will save them. She called herself selfish for wanting to save them to save her humanity or whats left of it. She tells them her life story to make them trust her since she wants to help them. One at the time they tell her their life story.

Annie about falling in love with Finnick about being reaped and winning, her state of sanity which was slowly healing till now.
Peeta about his hate for Katniss, his love for bread and art with his family and about a mystery girl he likes whom he does not remeber.
The name of the female is Thamina and she brought them to Annie's cell, for human contact and for healing. She cleans Johanna's injuries while Annie is helping. She asks Peeta about good memories to make him forget about his Unreal hate for Katniss.
Peeta sleeps and Thamina tells that he has been hijacked and they both also helps Peeta heal.
In Annie's cell Johanna is leaning on Peeta's back and in her arms rests Annie and Thamina is out of the cell to check if there are any more Peacekeepers. She has brought a sack of bread and a packet of waterbottles. Thamina of course killed or knocked all the other Peacekeepers. They didn't need to alarm Snow about what she did.
They bonded, telling each other everything about themselves, their feelings, their thoughts and their fears.
Annie tells them a family joke about how Johanna is the oldest sibling, Peeta is the second oldest sibling while Thamina is the second youngest since her petite build and past so Annie is the youngest. Thamina started to yell about her being 24 the oldest and Peeta making fun or her size while actually is the youngest of the Four.
They laugh, they cry they soothe each others nightmares which is only Once when Annie went to take water and Johanna didn't have her in her arm and started to see nightmares. Annie ran back to her just before Johanna started screaming. They never repeated the whole ordeal.
They are saved by the Rebels but they hurt Thamina, Peeta who was slowly remembering good things became furious but before he could rage more he was sedated like Johanna and Annie. They feared that the aftermath of torture could become a burden to their rescue.
They wake up without Thamina, they thought Rebels killed her, they remember Thamina saying that she deserves it. They will mourn when the three of them are together. At the moment Peeta is being held somewhere else due to his actions towards Katniss. Annie is with Finnick like Johanna suggested 'be with who you love, and make sure they know you are alright'.
