Summary:And she knows, she knows nothing can steal her mind away because she's already lost it.

Disclaimer: No, I do not own Harry Potter, I have said that very many times.

And Insanity Twirls

By: Lissome Lilt

(And she twirls around and around, tears streaming down her cheeks and a smile tugging on her lips, because she knows she's going insane.)

The blue sky is the exact colour of her eyes, but the grass, it reminds her of the shade his hair would turn when he was happy.

Everything brings back memories of the time they spent together in secret, those stolen glances and kisses, and they felt free.

But he's gone now, moved, and they don't see each other nearly every day any more.

(She twirls and twirls, it feels like she's falling and she shatters, and she doesn't know how to make everything stop.)

And those words, telling her they shouldn't do this, couldn't do this, anymore hurts her so much she doesn't know whether to laugh or cry, so she does both.

Her voice echoes, carried with the wind, the sound of screams and insane giggling.

She doesn't care

Those words, those horrible and wonderful words, they cloud her thoughts.

She doesn't know what to feel, she just knows that she is losing her mind. Losing everything she needs.

(Twirling and twirling, the night twirls and she twirls, all of it pulling her, pulling her to the brink of nothing and everything.)

The stars are closing in on her, how quickly darkness comes to call. The stars, they sing and they sing and they sing so loudly, they sing until all she can see and hear and feel are them.

(And she knows, she knows nothing can steal her mind away because she's already lost it.)

I felt for writing something like this, and I just got the idea from my incredible and amazing brain, and I'm not technically part of it for some reason, just mentioning to not come off as arrogant. Please review if you read it, and please don't favourite it if you don't review, but that's in the end your choice and not mine. I just hope that you enjoyed reading it.
