As the darkness falls
I awake from my slumber
I take a look out of the window and watch the sunset behind the clouds
This is my time, when the moon is out
If I come out during the day, I am mocked by everyone else
None of the others realize that their comments hurt me so much
So I have learned to only be awake at night
I hope that someday they will realize that I am not evil
They all figure because of some of the others, I will be like everyone else
I am not evil like the others
I disapprove when everyone assumes
Even though I am a dark faerie
Does not mean that I am dark myself
Some people say that I am far too nice to be a dark faerie
I was only born a dark faerie, but it does not mean that I wish to be one.
