Lukas ran to Petra and said, "Petra, I know this is A LOT to ask, but, umm... is there any way you can get me a nether star for the building competition tomorrow?"

Petra said, "Maybe, if I have time."
quickly, and come back home to give it to Lukas! That is exactly what I will do! She quickly ran into her cave that held her beloved nether portal, grabbed some supplies out of a chest, including soul sand, three wither skeleton sculls, and food and weapons. Lukas almost screamed and said, "Thank you so much! If you do, I really owe you one!"

Petra rolled her eyes and remarked, "Fine. I will. Just, what can you trade me for it?"

Lukas thought for a moment, then said, "How about... One gold ingot?"

Petra said, "Alright, that seems fair. See you tomorrow morning, alright?"

Lukas nodded and walked away. Petra though, How the heck am I going to get a nether star? I would have to fight a wither! A wither! Even for me, that seems almost impossible..."

She paced back and forth, pondering over how she would get one of those precious nether stars. I could... Wait a minute! It's a Nether star, I could spawn a wither in the nether, use some scheme to kill it quickly, and come back home to give it to Lukas! That is exactly what I will do! She quickly ran into her cave that held her beloved nether portal, grabbed some supplies out of a chest, including soul sand, three wither skeleton sculls, and food and weapons. Along with a little gunpowder, wood, sand, cobblestone, flint and steel, and iron. She took a deep breath, and hopped inside the purple waves.

Petra walked out, and shuddered as she saw the ghasts flying above her. She quickly built herself a sort of hut out of cobblestone, and put a chest, crafting table, and furnace in it. She used her bow to kill some of the ghasts, pig men, and magma cubes lurking around. Pulling out her sword and materials, she assembled most of the wither, about to place the last head, when she looked and the gunpowder she had brought. Of course! It will be less risky for me, if I just build TNT, cover the wither, place the head on quickly, and blow it up!

Petra ran back into her stone house, built several blocks of TNT, and covered all of the wither's body except for the head part. She put the flint and steel and wither scull in her hand, quickly placed the head and lit the TNT.

"Ah!" Petra yelled as she was blown backwards by not the TNT, but the wither's explosion! Her plan hadn't worked! She quickly put her sword in hand, but it was quickly struck out of it. Suddenly, the wither writhed in pain, as a ghast shot at it with it's fireball! It did this over, and over again, until the wither looked quite weak. Petra reached for her sword, gripped it tight, and struck the wither with it's death blow.

There, in the center of the ground where the wither was killed, lay an irredescent nether star. Petra picked it up, grabbed her stuff, and jumped back through the portal. Petra ran through the woods, and through town, hurrying to get to Lukas's house. It was almost daybreak. There, Lukas stood in the front of his treehouse, smiling. Petra handed him the nether star, and Lukas handed her a diamond. Petra said, "Lukas, this wasn't the deal, I can't except this..."

Lukas said, "It's beautiful, like you."

Petra blushed and said, "Lukas..."

"I like you..."

"I umm... I guess I... I really don't know... I-"

"Petra, I understand if you don't like me back but..." He paused for a moment and kissed her cheek."

Petra said, "Wow. You have really bad aim."

Lukas said, "What do you mean?"

Petra pulled the collar of his jacket closer to her, wrapped her arms around his neck, and kissed his lips. She said, "I guess I was just too embarrassed to tell you, I like you too."
