A quiet autumn morning, the red glow from the trees of Konoha Gakure, spreads as the sun slowly lets go of the horizon. The everyday buzzing of the village starts as people finish their morning routines by going to work. But no one in the village realizes that today is the day the history of the village will be changed forever.
In one home a man wakes up and for the first morning in his life, does he get to look into the eyes of his wife as she wakes up. The newlywed couple goes about their morning as anybody else in the village. He goes to the bathroom, still barely awake he runs his fingers through his blonde hair. He brushes his teeth and puts on a T-shirt, as his wife calls from the kitchen, that breakfast is ready. He walks into the kitchen and sees his wife standing in the virgin sunlight. She smiles at him and in that moment he knows for sure that he loves her. As she's standing in the sunlight, her already bright eyes are shining and her long dark hair is glancing in the light breeze of the open window.
After they finished breakfast, the man got dressed and as he stood in the doorway his wife kissed him goodbye and he was off to work, or so he thought. A basket was placed on the doorstep, and because of this basket he tripped and knocked his head into the ground. He got up and brushed off the worst dirt. Curious as to what the basket contained, the wife removed the blanket covering it, and inside she found a letter and a baby wrapped in a second blanket.
This is where the story of Saotome Gota begins.
