A/N: Hello everyone! This is my first fanfiction! I did the first part of this fanfiction on Omegle with some complete strangers, but I really liked where it was going and she had to leave so I'm going to add more to this as time passes by. I really hope you like! Review please. c:
Natasha stood on the balcony of Stark tower, a playful smile dancing on her lips. She was glad Clint had moved on, her own feelings for another man would have complicated things entirely. She heard footsteps and whirled around in surprise, she thought all the others had left.
As she turned she saw the only other man she had loving feelings for, Tony Stark. "Oh, you're still here." said Natasha, a little timid. Tony just gave her one of his genuine smiles. "Why would I not still be here, it's my towers little miss."
"I just thought you were all out running combat drills?" Natasha said, "I didn't expect any back for a few hours, did something happen, is every one okay?" She was suddenly concerned as she approached him.
Tony blushed a little as he heard the concern in the woman's voice. "Yes, everyone is fine. It was just a mission from Nick that involved us getting a kitten out of a tree. Fury really needs to find us some really things do with our time. I mean we're super heroes for Christ's sake. We should be protecting the whole planet, not getting a kitten out of a tree. That's what beginners do! We're the Avenger!" Tony said, getting more and more upset.
"Hey calm down." Natasha said with a soothing tone, for some reason it was hard for her to see Tony so animated, "Take it easy Stark, don't you think it's kind of a good things that there's no danger? I would take a kitten in a tree over a Loki attack any day."
Tony chuckled at what she said. "Yeah, but I just feel like...you know what never mind. It's just boring not having my life on the line all the time. The rush of feeling alive kind of dies after a while. Sorry I got so upset. You know, testosterone and having a big ego. Not a good mix."
