Rating: PG

Pairing: Wes/A

Warnings: Slash, short, random drabble, unbeta'd

Author's Notes: Okay, I suddenly had the urge to right an Angel/Wesley fic, so I did. It's short and doesn't entirely make sense. But I think it's cute, so sue me. Or... you know. Don't.

His glasses were sitting on the desk in front of him. He was staring seemingly into space, but in actuality he was staring at one man in particular. One rather fuzzy man because his glasses were sitting before him on the desk. He blinked a few times, his vision clearing every so slightly before clouding over again. Dark hair, deep violet, silky shirt, black cargo trousers. Old book cradled in his hand. He fought the urge to sigh happily at the picture it made. The very fuzzy picture. His hand sneaked out to his glasses, but he quickly snatched the same hand away.

"You all right Wes?" Angel asked, looking up from his book.

Wesley fought the urge to sigh like a schoolgirl again, "Yes. Certainly." He lied. Because he was most certainly not all right. Shifting imperceptibly at the discomfort his naughty thoughts had caused. How could he possibly be all right? The look Angel sent him was clearly disbelieving but Wesley failed to grace the look with a response.

Then a rather horrifying thought struck the human. Angel was a vampire. A centuries old vampire. A vampire with a rather keen sense of smell, a rather animalistic sense of smell. Wesley coughed, turning his gaze back towards his own book, determined to read about Kravlar demons and forget his naughty thoughts. The Kravlar demons weren't helping him.

"Wes?" Angel asked, raising dark eyes.

Wesley looked up, took a breath and set his expression, "Angel. If I were to stand up from this desk this moment. Walk over to you with purpose clearly set and kiss you senseless. What would be your reaction?"

Angel rose his eyebrow, "I'd kiss you back and drag you upstairs. Why do you ask?"

"Right then." Wesley nodded instead. He rose from his desk, just as he had said, clear in his intent and walked over to the dark vampire and kissed him senseless. Angel, just as he said, kissed him back and dragged him up the flights of stairs to his room.

"Then I'd ask what took you so damn long." was Angel's breathy whisper.

"I forgot my glasses on the desk." Wesley replied.
