Not Funny Luke!
As Emily opened up her front door to her apartment after another busy day in the BAU. After the fiasco that was Linda Barnes everybody was getting into their normal routines; like nothing ever happened everyone in the BAU was glad she was gone she made life within the BAU a living hell. After their "almost" last case involving women being stalked;held captive;and then finally killed. A sudden noise broke Emily out of her thoughts before she even had a chance to turn on the light. Emily felt her blood run cold;and the next time she heard the noise.
She struck the nearest thing to her; and was rewarded with a ump followed by a somewhat loud crash. Turning on the light Emily then turned around to her right and saw her boyfriend Luke on the floor. "What the hell Luke! You scared the hell out of me!" Emily said clutching her chest out of fright. Despite nursing a almost broken yet bloody nose Luke looked up at Emily from the floor and said laughing "You should have seen your face!" Emily just angrily looked at her boyfriend in question before growling; and stalking away to their now shared bedroom.
Hearing the door slam Luke shook his head and followed his angry girlfriend. He then began to knock then bang on the door for Emily to let him in. Luke then heard Emily making some noise on the other side he only had to wait a few minutes until Emily reopened the bedroom door and thrusted a pillow and blankets into Luke's hands. "Oh come on Em can't you take a joke!?" Luke said in disbelief. "Nope! After a rather stressful week I am not in the mood for jokes Luke and you of all people should know that!" Emily said before closing the bedroom door.
Right in Luke's face only to have it open again seconds later; and before Luke could get another word in edgewise. Emily said "Oh and Luke for that stunt you'll be sleeping on the couch for a week!" Emily then slammed the bedroom door in a shocked Luke's face. Shaking his head Luke made his way to the couch to get ready for bed. But first he had something else to attend to; and so Luke left to go to the hospital to get his nose checked out.
The next day however both Emily and Luke went their separate ways; to the BAU as to not let on that they were dating. Upon entering the BAU Luke gained the wandering eyes of his colleagues JJ, Reid, Tara, Matt, Garcia and Rossi included. "Rough night Luke?" Rossi asked all the while gesturing to his bandaged up nose. Sitting down at his desk Luke just laughed as said "You could say something like that Dave something like that." That caused his other colleagues to become both intrigued and amused as to what happened. But Luke refused to tell them the story of how he got his broken nose in fear of being laughed at and because he'd never hear the end of it from both his colleagues and girlfriend Emily Prentiss.
