Discovery

I saw it on the news today. Pandora, a life-supporting planet in the Alpha Centauri System, a moon to the planet Polyphemus. The humans plan to send people there, to learn. And after they learn? They will destroy, as they always have done. It is human nature, after all. Good thing I'm not human, huh? Oh, I'm sorry… Did I forget to introduce myself? How rude of me.

My name is Aryana Darkhölme-Howlett, and I am the only child of the legendary Wolverine—my 'sperm-donor' (I refuse to call him my father… that was Charles' role, thank you very much). I am also the eldest daughter of the equally legendary Mystique.

Oh, and not to brag or anything, but I happen to be an Omega-level Biokinetik, which means that, at this point in my very long life, I can do literally anything with biological cells, living or not. I am also going to be the first and only Mutant on Pandora. Mark my words.

A/N: Yes, I have finally decided to take this story fully into my own hands—for those of you that have noticed the slight tweaks-and with my recent obsession with X-Men first class, I have even come up with a bit of an AU story for that timeframe that explains Aryana's backstory and childhood… but it will take a while to flesh-out and get it up too… but yeah! :) For now, enjoy her story
