Suki touched the small wet patch on her cheek, casting a sideways glance at the little blind girl. She strolled along the precarious path unconcerned, despite the fact that she could not see a thing. Momo, perched on her shoulder, chirped from time to time, and she patted his furry head.
Toph had kissed Suki's cheek...and she thought she was Sokka.
Interesting.
Then again, who wouldn't kiss the cheek of someone who had just saved them from a watery grave? But, Suki reflected as she studied the earthbender, Toph didn't look the hugging, kissing type of person. Perhaps the sharp contrast from terror to relief, death to life had made her a bit light-headed. Or perhaps someone had a slight crush.
Suki smiled. Sokka was adorable, and although Toph couldn't see him, she should be able to tell how great he was. Small wonder the girl liked him.
It didn't bother Suki a bit. Toph was a child, an extremely powerful child, but a child nonetheless. If Sokka felt any love for her, it was a brotherly love.
Sokka kept glancing from Suki to Toph, and Suki knew he was wondering about the kiss intended for him. Finally, after watching the blind girl walk stoically along, he shrugged and caught up to Suki's side.
She smiled at him, and he gave an uncertain smile back. His tanned hand brushed against hers, and Suki clasped it tight.
Sokka blushed.

The end. I know, its pointless and nothing happened, but what the hell. Review.
