'It's my entire fault! I shouldn't have let him get in the car with Italy!' Greece mentally smacked himself. He was so stupid. Everything was going good Japan said goodbye and left with Italy. Now here he is holding his best friends nearly lifeless hand. There was a crash and both Italy and Japan were severely injured. Poor Italy got the worst of it…He was barely hanging on. Heracles got up and walked over to Ludwig (Feliciano and Kiku were able to share a room). "How are you holding up Ludwig?" Greece already knew the answer…you could see it on Germanys face. He had bags under his eyes from not sleeping the past two days and fresh tears running down his cheeks. "Look at him Heracles….He still hasn't woken up….I don't think he'll make it." At that he started to cry again. He was right it had been two days and Feliciano and Kiku still had not woken up. Italy was a mess. His face was bruised in multiple spots and he had a mask on that helped him breathe. He had three broken ribs and a broken arm. He had a machine monitoring his heartbeat and it felt like each day it got slower. Japan was a lot better than Italy. He had a few bruises here and there. He had a broken arm and a broken leg but could breathe by himself. "Ludwig I don't think he will die but I know the pain he is going through it must be unbearable but I'm sure that having you here is what is keeping him alive….You love him I know that and he loves you too…I'm sure of it!" He paused thinking. "…But if you want to let him go…at least tell him how you feel...I'm sure he will hear it subconsciously." He walked back over to Kiku and took his hand again. He watched Ludwig rise and walk over to Italy. "Feliciano I know this might be goodbye…So I want to tell you how I feel. I love you Feliciano Vargas…And if you can here me right now then wake up…wake up and…marry me…" Germany placed a gold ring on Feli's Finger and held his hand to his face crying softly. "Doi…Doitsu…?" Italy choked out slowly opening his eyes. "I-Italy…?" Germany embraced Italy careful not to hurt him. "Of course I'll marry you Ludwig…I love you too…" Italy kissed Germany's forehead and rubbed his back. The next day Italy was moved to a different room and Heracles was all by himself with Japan who had yet to wakeup. "I guess it's my turn to confess. Japan when I heard you got in a crash I was devastated….I thought I was going to lose you….if I could go back before this..I would say that I love you and always have. If I lose you I don't know what will happen I won't be able to live on without you…" Greece sighed and started to sob gently. "Really…?" Heracles looked up stunned to see Japan's shocked face staring back at him. "Ja-Japan!" Greece hugged him tightly. "Yes really…I'd be lost without you Kiku!" Greece sobbed into Japan's shoulder and then brought his face up to meet Kiku's. "I love you too….Heracles." Japan inched forward and pressed his lips against Greece's . They sat there with each other grateful that they could be together and that fate had not ripped them apart.
