Partner Ship

10 years ago me and Peter made a promise to love eachother until the day we died,unfortuantly that promise wasn't kept.2 years after getting married Peter got a job offer,only it was in L. was no way I could go with him and leave my family and friends,so I told him to go regardless of after 8 years he comes knocking on my married,I have a kid and I have a life now,but one thing that defintly hasn't changed is my feelings for Peter.

I was in my tracies watching a film alone,with a bag of pork scratchings beside me,and a bottle of wine open.I heard loud knocking,who was it?It was 1AM in the morning.I put down the pork scratchings and ran to the door."Keep your hair on!"I told the person my suprise there was the boy I fell in love with when I was just 't changed a bit,still got the dreamy eyes,black hair and that badboy charm that I became so addicted to.

"Peter!"I asked,tucking my hair behind my ear,It was a thing I done when I was nervous.I never imagined myself seing him again,I didn't know what to say or I be angry that he didn't phone me,should I be happy he's back?I dont know,my emotions were flying about.

"Look Car its been 8 years,I missed you I mean the divorce was horrible,but I had no choice,I was in L.A. and you were in England,It wouldn't have worked."Peter explained,handing me the gorgeous lily's he had bought me.I loved lilys,we had lily's at our wedding.

"Im touched you renemberd,but Peter it's not that simple,you can't just walk back into my life after 8 years,Im married,I have a two year-old now."I told Peter.

"It doesn't have to be that way,do you really want to be spending your lifetime watching movie's and eating pork scratchings for the rest of your life?"Peter asked me,not seeing the bottle of red wine that layed on the table.

I shook my head.

"It doesn't have to be that way."Peter told me,leaning in for a kiss.I tried to pull away,I did but I couldn' feeling was phenominal,his lips touching mine again after so long,I can't describe it,I felt fireworks.I know it was wrong,I knew I was married,but what Todd doesn't know can't hurt him...
