Chapter 1: The Dream
Jacob wrapped an arm around my waist, and pulled me closer to him. He tilted my head up, and kissed me softly on the lips, leaving a tingling sensation behind. His kiss slowly smoldered my lips, leaving me always wanting more.
"Bella," Jacob said, trailing a finger down my lips, the lowered his mouth down to my ear, "I love you."
I woke up, and looked over to the side of my room. Edward. 'Good. It was just a dream. Nothing to worry about.' I blinked twice, and Edward was gone. I sighed. It wasn't a dream, it was reality. Edward had left me so many months ago. It still felt as if there were a hole inside me, ripping me apart from the inside out.
Since the break, I had been around Jacob Black, an old family friend. I'd say I spent almost, everyday down there since. Jacob was my best friend, and my own personal sun.
Groggily, I got out of bed, and shuffled to the bathroom. I quickly showered, then wrapped a towel around me, and went back to my room. Turning to the closet, I picked out jeans, and a light blue sweater.
Outside, I heard a yell. "Bella! Are you ready yet?" Jacob was waiting outside for me with his Volkswagen Rabbit. I quickly hurried down the stairs, grabbed my keys and coat, then went out the door.
"Hey Bells." Jacob said, pulling me into his arms. I pulled myself tighter into his arms, and snuggled against his warm chest.
"Hey Jakers." I said, feeling happy. He opened up the passengers side door for me, and I sat down in the seat. Jacob walked around to the drivers side, opened the door, then sat down. He shut his door with a slam, then started the car.
"So, Jake, What's on today's agenda?" I raised an eyebrow and smirked.
"You'll see." Jake said with a smile. He was planning something.
