Summary: He found the Hyuuga sitting out on a park bench for the second time. She was alone, and he had a gift for her.

"Hinata-chan!" Naruto screeched, flying across the park in a manner that made most of the villagers turn their nose in disgust. The Hyuuga had long-since seated herself on a park bench, the same one that Naruto had reminded her just last week of the importance of smiling. A bright smile graced her lips as she found the blonde dropping in on her again.
"Good m-morning, Naruto-kun!" Hinata returned the loud greeting as the blonde flew down and landed softly on the bench that somehow went undisturbed.
"You okay?" Naruto asked, confusion etching the poor girl's face as she distantly blinked. "Last week. You know, you fainted and all." She couldn't help but blush.
"O-oh! I'm fine, Naruto-kun!" The girl said cheerfully, a smile on her face, "Th-thank you for your concern!"
"Oh, you're welcome!" Naruto replied, a small blush surveying his cheeks. It made her feel honored to have that small amount of attention only Sakura usually got. To say the least, it felt like she won the freaking lottery. "Hey, do you like lollipops?"
"What d-does that have to do with anything?" Hinata asked, voicing her growing confusion, "But yes, I do."
"Great! Do you like orange?" Naruto shouted, a smile across his happy face. She nodded, allowing him to continue in his not-so-dancey victory dance. "Great!" He handed the girl a lollipop, orange flavored. Stared at it, then once-again smiled as the two were caught in an awkward, yet somewhat comforting, stare.
It felt like an eternity, "It's my favorite." Her tone came out more dreamily then she had meant it to and caused a blush to end up on her cheeks as Naruto's smile threatened to split his face in half.
"Hey, Hina-chan. You wanna get ramen tomorrow night?" Naruto asked, rubbing his head in nervousness, eagerly awaiting her answer.
An eager smile spread across the Hyuuga's face, "I'd love to!"
