A/N: Since the 100 Theme Challenge is on hiatus, here's a Taismo oneshot! Drabble-ish because I might make it my specialty.

There she was, her eyes glittering every time she looked at the sky. The wind was chilly, and I noticed her shiver a little. So I took off my coat and draped it over her shoulders so she wouldn't feel cold.
"Tails, you don't have to do that for me. You'll freeze, I can't have that." She said as she began to remove the coat, with a sudden shake here and there, it was odd that her hands were moving like that. Was something wrong?
"Cosmo, you okay? You look jumpy." I placed both hands on her shoulders and stared into her eyes and felt my stomach twist into a large knot. Not again, never ever again. I won't back out. I'm going to show her I love her, I thought to myself as I let my hands slide down and perch on her hips as we sat there on the grass in a small picturesque valley.
"I feel a little cold. Could you h-hold me a little closer for a while?" she begged with pleading eyes and as if on cue a cold wind whipped around us and chilled us even more.
We were locked in a full embrace now, and I stared into her eyes without uttering a single word. Suddenly her gaze shifted downward to the ground.
"Cosmo, are you okay?" I asked once more as my voice shook. I combed some loose strands of hair out of her face. "I don't want our reunion to be like this." I softly kissed her forehead and held her closer.
"No, it's my fault. All of it. I hurt you-"
"You didn't ever hurt me, you never ever caused me any problems you're the most beautiful girl in the world. Let's get home, we're gonna freeze out here. But first..."
I leaned in and placed a chaste kiss on her lips. Suddenly, before I could pull away, she held on tighter and let it last for a few more seconds. Frostbite was nipping at our cheeks; but our hearts were warmer than ever as we strolled throughout the rolling green valley hand in hand, under the stars and glittering full moon.
