HAI ITS MAH AGAIN:
Jacob, I kind of forgive you and uh I'm kind of lazy today so don't expect great writing. If your confused, Starven = Starflight (Human version) Suni = Sunny (Human version) Sorry I haven't published something in a while. (/;-;\)
Starven walked along the sidewalk, books weighing down his backpack from his visit to the library. Ever since summer started, he has been visiting the local library to help out with the books.
Last school year, he also met Suni, in the Jade High School campus. Her name was actually pronounced Sue-Ne, but since they were all supposed to wear name tags with their names on it, he pronounced it, Sun-E. Suni, thought it was cute and kept the nickname, only their friends closest called her that, like Glori, Nami, or Clay. It
It fit her quite well.
She always was cheery and warm, and her bright blonde hair shined, as if it was made of the sun itself. She always liked to wear her dress, with flowers and butterflies, and the sun.
She is perfect…. If only I could… Ugh… Starven you- He was snapped to attention by a voice shouting out to him. The voice was cheerful, friendly and warm. There was no mistaking that voice.
"Star! Are you okay? You look woozy." Suni said worriedly.
What is she… He then realized what she meant. He'd been walking in the blazing summer sun for hours trying to get home, and the heavy books didn't help. He wavered, and Suni helped him innde you house, turning up the air-con.
"You shouldn't be doing that, at least bring some water when you go to the library," Suni said, getting bottled water out of the fridge for Starven.
He shook his head and groaned.
"I did… It's just… I was thinking about something."
Suni sat down next to Starven and gave him the water. "What were you thinking about?" She cocked her head, and looked at him curiously.
About you… Starven looked at Suni. This… You have to tell her, she deserves the right to know…
"I…I…." He hesitated then looked down at his shoes.
"I love you." He whispered weakly.
"You, what?"
"I love you!" He finally said, blood rushing to his cheeks.
Suni blushed furiously and said, "Oh…"
She lifted Starven's face making him look her squarely in the face, her light, warm amber eyes making Starven blush even more.
"I can't say I'm not inclined to say the same as well…" Suni whispered softly.
She let go of Starven, and he put his arms around her shoulders and came in for a kiss. It was really the bravest thing he had ever done.
Her lips were smooth, soft and perfect. He wanted it to last forever, but n a short time, Suni pulled away, red ripe tomato.
"Woah…" Starven said, an awed look on his face. "Woah…" Suni agreed. There was a knock on the door. "Suni? I'm home!" Her mother said. A worried look on her face, Suni pushed Starven's bag of books and told him to hide in the panty.
He sighed softly in relief, and waited until Suni said it was okay to come out. She giggled softly as Starven headed out the door, carefuk to make no noise
As Starven waved goodbye, Suni blew a kiss his way. It almost felt as if it was the real thing.
