"Hey, Sonny," Chad greeted her as she almost walked straight into him in the hallway, "Fancy meeting you here…"
"Chad," She grumbled, "Get out of our So Random! studio before I call the exterminator."
"God, that's how you thank me for coming all the way over here to give you the movie script you so carelessly left behind at cast orientation?"
"Oh, sorry," She said, sweetening her tone, "Thank you."
"Don't mention it," He waved his hand dismissively, "You just better get to work memorizing those lines! We'll be filming sooner than you think!"
"No worries, Chad, I should already have them down cold. I mean, I lived it! Unless," She glared at him, "You made more of your little 'modifications'?"
He shrugged, "Guilty."
"Chad!!!" She skimmed through the script quickly, "Why do you make it seem like we're a love story??"
Chad stared at her, genuinely surprised, "We are a love story."
"Psshhhh, you call this love?! Chad, wake up! We practically hate each other!"
"Wrong, Sonny…You're wrong," He told her, "Yeah, I know we fight sometimes and okay, we get angry and spurt insults. I get under your skin and you get on my nerves. I can be conceited and you can be stubborn. I can be pessimistic and you can be pushy. I'll be a jerk and hey, you'll be a bitch! But, in the end, you know what's gonna happen. You're gonna finally admit how much you like me and then, I'll have no choice but to return your feelings and we'll share the most romantic kiss anyone could dream up, filled with passion the Notebook could only hope to come close to. And all the Channy fans in heaven will go, "Awww, that's so cute and fluffy!! XD" and we'll go on to live to happily ever after...It'll be the greatest love story the world has ever known."
Sonny couldn't believe her ears. How had he come up with this? She simply stared at him, dumbfounded, trying to register everything he had just said. Suddenly, she noticed him walking away.
"Chad, wait!" She called, then paused, "When will we live happily ever after?"
"Hard to say," He confessed, "But I have the feeling someone's dreaming it up right now. Maybe you'll even fall in love with me by the end of the week…"
