in the presidential place some guys where being boring until a evil blob called Wilfre came in and sang the Taz-Mania theme, after he turned into a Raposa called Sock (bad naming defined) and said that Go!Animate is the hardest thing ever and got booed but he could put on his Animaniacs DVDs and hypnotize Ash Ketchup, but he decided to make Rocko less annoying and everybody except Eek! the Cat voted for him
