It was snowing lightly near the secret rebel base. It was a quiet Chrismas night.

Inside, Luke, Leia, and Han were hard at work, Decorating.

Han was carefully Hanging the stockings over the fireplace.

"Hey Luke." said Leia, who was draping red ribbon's over widows.

"What?" Asked Luke, While he hung a x-wing shaped ornament on a christmas tree.

"Is...um... is 'Dad' coming to the party?"

"Well, yea! I mean, he's our dad. Lord of the sith or not. Plus, I've feeling kind of close to him."

"LUKE!!! What were you thinking!!! He's our worst enemy!! He'll KILL us the second he gets here!!!!!!!

"Chill." Han said "It's called a 'holiday truce'. Speaking of which, Palpatine will be coming."

"You invited Uncle Palpy!" Luke said excitedly as he hung a blaster ornament on the tree.

"Yea, I took the liberty of inviting a few of our not-so-close friends." Han exclaimed.

Ding Dong

"I'll get it!" Leia said as she opened the door.

There, behind the door, stood Darth Vader.

"Hi Dad!" Luke said standing up.

"Hello Luke, Hello Leia." Vader said as he hugged the Skywalker twins.

Palpatine followed Vader through the entrance.

"Hi Palpy!" Leia said.

"How are you, Leia" The Emperor said wearily as he closed the door behind him.

"Well, I'm feeling a bit stressed since you sent those troopers to kill me."

"But they didn't!" Palpy said jokingly.

Leia laughed "True."

"I'll go get some snacks." Luke said as he walked into the nearby kitchen.

Ding Dong

Han opened the door.

"Hey, ya made it!" Han said to Boba Fett.

"Yea, well, the ride here was a bit rough. Got pulled over for speeding." Boba said sadly.

"How much is the ticket for."

"I didn't get a ticket. The officer had a price on his head." Boba said as he indicated to a officer tied up in his cockpit.

"Oh" Han said, slightly stunned. "Well, Come on in!"

Across the room, Luke, was coming out with a load of Christmas-themed snacks in his arms. He set them down on a small table.

Vader called Luke and Leia over to him.

"What's up, Dad?" Leia said.

"Well, since it's Christmas and all, I got each of you a present!" Vader said cheerfully.

"Sweet!!" Luke exclaimed excitedly.

Vader gave Luke and Leia shoe box-sized gift.

Luke was first to open his. "WOW!! A new lightsaber!! Luke said as he activated the green blade on the weapon.

"Yea! I felt a bit guilty that I ruined your last one, so I got this one for you." Vader said

Leia finally got her present open. "A naboo-style blaster!! They're the best in the galaxy!! How'd you get this!!"

"That is more than just a blaster. That one belonged to your mother. I kept it to remind me of her, But I think you should have it."

"Thanks dad!" Luke and Leia said as they hugged him

Vader hugged them back. "Merry Christmas, kids."
