Fire on the Water Chapter 6: Advice

"Okay, you want advice on how to get ladies?" Sanji raised his curly eyebrow.

"Yes Sanji-sama!" Usopp sat on the floor bowing up and down continuously so that Sanji wouldn't kill me.

"Okay! But..." Sanji stared at Usopp, then slightly tilted his head. "Who's this girl?"

"No one, just tell me." Usopp mumbled.

"No name, no advice." Sanji said as he stopped cooking and turned around to look at Usopp.

"..."

"Do I have to?"

"Look, I have fell in love with many girls. My advice are based on the girl's personality and looks."

"Fine. It's..." Usopp quietly mumbled the girl's name.

"It's... Come on, I'm waiting." Sanji said impatiently.

'Come on Usopp, you're a man! Y-You have to say it!' Usopp thought to himself. "Phoenix."

Sanji's jaw dropped and gaped at Usopp's answer.

"YOU'RE NOT TAKING MY PHOENIX-SWWAANNN!~~" Sanji screams.

"You're not taking who?" All of sudden Phoenix came in through the kitchen door.

'She heard us.' Sanji and Usopp was stunned and stood still.

"And Usopp get off the floor," Phoenix then grabbed Usopp's left arm and helped him get up, although Usopp was still stunned."And Sanji, are you bullying him?"

"N-No Phoenix-swan!~"

"You better not, and go to sleep!" Phoenix scolded both men, and left the rooming yawning and stretching her arms out.

"You think she heard us?" Usopp whispered to Sanji still staring at the door.

"I don't think so." Sanji calmed down a bit.

"Well, are you going to teach me or not?" Usopp still whispering just to be safe. Now, letting the girl you love hear you need help on love was really embarassing.

"Fine." Sanji sighed. He just wanted it to all end, and get it over with. "Well, you should charm her. You know, with jokes and stuff."

"I am funny." Usopp was now boasting on how funny he is, and then...

"Okay, okay, you're funny we get it. Moving on, once you think you charm you ask her."

"Ask her what?"

"Ask her to the Lover's Festival. Oh that's right, I'm talking to an idiot here." Sanji face-palmed.

"B-But what if she rejects me!" Usopp started to panick around the room.

"How about this? You SHUT UP!"

"Nevermind. I don't I'm actually ready for this." Usopp soon felt nauseous in his stomach.

"Okay, fine I'll take her, Nami-chwan, and Robin-swan." Sanji said as he stood up and started cooking again. Usopp stared at the floor thinking and thinking.

It was an awkward moment between Usopp and Sanji.

"Okay. I don't think I'm suited for Phoenix, you should ask her."

Usopp wasn't the type to ask her such a question, and he wasn't the type to dance with a girl either. He decided to not ask Phoenix.

"You sure?" Sanji didn't like undecisive men.

"Yea." Usopp slowly walked out the door. Now he was absolutely sure, Sanji should definitely be with Phoenix and he should just be by himself...

'No way! I'll definitely find someone!' Usopp's determination shot through the roof.
