I couldn't speak. I think they did something to my voice, but I couldn't be sure. I don't know what to do. But I could feel my mate coming to get me. And I could feel his fury. Hell hath no fury like a mate scorned. Especially the Major. I actually kind of pitied the poor saps that took me. They had to deal with the Major, the God of War! I knew my Jasper had let the Major come out to play. Right then he burst through the door. You can see the fury and fire in his eyes. His eyes quickly found me tied up in the corner. I knew I looked malnourished from the lack of blood I've been getting. That's how they caught me I was hunting in the middle of hunting. I just told Jasper that I would be OK hunting alone. Because he had been busy making new identities for us so we could go visit Rome and Paris. It's stuff like that that makes me love him more than anything else in the world. They somehow knocked me out. When I woke up I was chained to the wall and I was being tortured. They said they wanted to know where Jasper was but I wouldn't give it to up. I knew they wanted something bad, maybe they're working with Maria. I couldn't give him up no matter what. Especially to that witch. As fast as you can blink he tore the heads off of the vampire standing guard and the one in front of me. Coming to a complete stop in front of me,he smirked at me. I wanted to rip that smirk right off his pretty face because I knew it meant something bad. "Now now darlin, I thought you said you could handle yourself. Now look what you got yourself into." He said and I wanted to yell, scream, and kick him. But instead I just whimpered, practically pleading with him with my eyes to just untied me and let me come home with him, to save me. And that's exactly what he did he do the chains off the walls and picked me up bridal style. I snuggled into his chest instinctively. He was my soulmate after all. "Take me home cowboy." I said as I smirked up at him. He chuckles slightly. "Of course my angel." And that's all he says is he runs home back to Texas with me in his arms. And I knew I would not be hunting alone anymore.
