Jacob Black. The name echoes through my dreams, dreams of him and I running together far away from everyone, the packs and his nasty imprint with that half-blood leech. He was mine, and no one especially not a leech is going to have him. He's MY imprint and I won't stand to see him with anyone but me. He has no idea how much it hurts to know that he loves that thing and not me. He's so caught up that his emotions completely block everyone from seeing that I've imprinted on him.

"Hey Leah!" Speaking of the little leech there she is. "Isn't it great? He asked me to marry him!"

She's six, six, and Jacob has asked her to marry him. I bowed my head and began to shake violently. I turned my back on her and stormed out of the house.

I burst into my sleek wolf form and ran as hard as I could to the large clearing in the middle of the bloodsuckers' territory. Tears welled in my eyes as I shifted back and sat, completely naked, on the ground and let my mind ponder what had just happened.

"Leah? Why are you so against me? I haven't done anything to you! Why do you have to be such a bitch he's my imprint not yours." The bitches voice demanded.

"Your imprint. No He imprinted on you, you did not imprint on him and you're so wrong it's not even funny! He is my imprint I've imprinted on him and there is nothing you can do about it." I snapped at her.

She looked like she was going to bawl her eyes out. I snorted and ran off. No one needs me anyway. No one cares about me. I guess it's how it's supposed to go.

I ran straight to the cliffs we used to dive off of when we were off duty and wanted some fun. It was really unsafe to jump because of the rocks being uncovered as the starting wind of a storm picked up. It began to rain and I sighed.

"I love you Jacob. Be happy." I said stepping off of the cliff.

All I felt was my body hit the water and I couldn't feel anymore…

JPOV

I paced back and forth as I waited for Nessie to come home from talking to Leah. She walked in the door and had tear stains down her face. She grabbed my arm as I rushed over to her to ask her what Leah had said. She drug me outside and to the back of the garage. She took off the ring I'd given her and handed it to me.

"Ne-Nessie w-what are you." I began but she raised her hand and silenced me.

"Go after Leah." She whispered. "Leave me alone and never come near me again Jacob."

"B-but."

"NO JACOB! GO" She screamed and ran inside the house.

I stood there and watched as my imprint ran away from me.

"She's grieving Jacob. The thought of someone else loving you hurts her. She wants to do what's best for you though." Edward said walking out of the shadows.

"I-I don't understand." I stuttered.

"Leah has imprinted on you Jacob. And I have a feeling that she wishes that you never met Bella or Nessie. Please do as she says and go find-" HE began but froze.

"Jake!" Leahs' little brother called to me. He ran up with tears streaming down his face and hugged onto me. "L-Leah! She- she. Sam found her on the beach!"

He was sobbing hard and he was towing me toward the village. I followed him and he lead me through the village to Emily and Sams' where he was comforting her as she sobbed.

"Leah? What happened?" I demanded.

He just pointed inside and I ran in to find her lying on the couch pale and soaking wet.

I dropped to my knees and realized that it was all my fault.

"Leah…." I whispered.

Tears made their way down my face and I buried my face into her chest sobbing.
