It was the strangest thing. Really, even Kurama was puzzled by what stood before. The infamous thief, for the first time in a long time, was … speechless. The dark tournament had only begun yesterday and already it seemed that there was trouble in the making.
"How is this even plausible?" The dominate personality dwelling inside Kurama's subconscious asked the young teenage boy.
"I haven't the
slightest hope of an answer."
The crowd was yelling and
shouting obscene words and anger began to fester underneath their
boiled and blemished skin. They were becoming impatient and wished
for blood shed.
"This can't be good." Hiei muttered out loud. (Yes, even this had grabbed the violent, short demon.) "How is the committee going to fix this?"
"They're not." A voice from behind entered the conversation. Koenma stepped forward. "See, there is nothing that they really can do."
"WHADDYA MEAN?!" Yusuke yelled.
"This is not a matter that even the tournament committee can address."
"Well, then what the hell are we supposed to do!" Kwuabara interjected, fisted raided high as if ready to fight. "I mean its not like we can just go up there and fight!"
"Says who?"
"ARE YOU BILND DIAPER BOY! THERE"S A CHICK UP THERE!"
"True," Kurama added, his mind still trying to work through the issue at hand.
"But, why hasn't she done anything about her surroundings?"
"Come again Fox boy?"
"This is a stadium FULL of demons," Kurama tried to explain. "Don't you think that there would've been some sort of initial reaction?" Yusuke's eyes cleared as he thought about what Kurama had mentioned.
"The answer is simple really." Kurama said.
"Well…" Hiei asked? "What is that?"
"She can't see us."
