Hi! I know I've been kind of MIA lately, I've just been super busy! Also I just wanted to thank everyone who favourite/followed/reviewed 'Residual Heat'! I didn't except it to get so much positive feedback! This is a 'Pretty Little Liars' fanfiction, because I love that show! I especially like Ezria and Spoby! Anyways, I thought there wasn't enough Ezria at the end of 'Game On, Charles' (06x01), even though I know they aren't technically together anymore. But otherwise, love love loved it! Anyways, please excuse any plot mistakes there may be in this one-shot, because I haven't been able to watch all the seasons and I have only seen Season 5.
Ezra had been worried about all four of the girls. But especially worried about one chocolate haired, hazel-eyed girl. Aria. He wasn't sure if they were still 'romantically' involved with each other, but he cared. He cared enough that he would spend a month looking for her. When Caleb had offered his help, Ezra wasn't reluctant to accept it, but he had come to terms with it, when he realized that Caleb had the same mission, but to find Hanna.
They were in the middle of following Alison, when they noticed that she just stopped. Caleb picked up the tracker shoes that Alison had left behind and sharply turned to Ezra.
"She must have left them like this on purpose!" he realized.
Quickly, Caleb started walking into the forest as Ezra rushed to follow him. After wondering around in the forest, they soon found Alison.
"Come on," Caleb urged her to leave, as Ezra started walking over to the edge of the forest, looking as if he was looking for something.
Spotting smoke floating out of the ground, Ezra crouched down, sifting some leaves away to reveal a vent. Gasping, he motioned for Alison and Caleb to come look, as he stood up, squinting into the distance, he noticed a set of doors, with smoke also flowing from it, followed by a group of panicked voices. Aria was his immediate thoughts as Alison and Caleb came over to help him pry open the doors.
Immediately, Spencer, Hanna, Emily, came through, followed closely by Mona and Aria. Hanna collided with Caleb as the two of them shared a kiss. Aria came towards Ezra as she put her arms around him in a hug, shivering.
"Are you okay?" Ezra asked her, stroking her hair as she cried.
As he stroked her hair, she just shook her head.
"Ezra?" Aria asked, looking up at him.
"Yes?" he questioned.
"I-I love you," she whispered, scared of his reaction, since she wasn't sure what they were now. Were they broken up? Were they still together?
"I love you too, Aria," he whispered back to her, confidently, just happy that she was safe.
Soon she started crying, and Ezra stood there cradling her in his arms, for he had no idea what horrors the girls had gone through in Charles' Doll House.
