Chapter .1.
The 12th Doctors life he thought was amazing as he held his sleeping wife in his arms. His Clara who has always been with him not matter how far he pushed her away she always came back. After he left her with that lie he thought he would never see her again. But fate had other plans. An attack bought him back. He had admitted in those long months without Clara had been unbearable. Clara revealed to him that she hadn't been feeling herself lately. After a quick scan. The Doctor was surprised to find Clara is a Time Lady. They both figured that it was because of when Clara asked the Time Lords through the crack to help the Doctor she got some regeneration too. But a lot slower. It had to change her from human to Time Lady.
On a crystal planet after Clara nearly dying the Doctor admitted his love for her and she him. They married with the only witnesses being Jenny, Madam Vastra and Strax on the crystal planet where they had declared their love for each other. They married the Time Lord way whispering their true names in each others ears. Clara's had come to her mind from when she was an echo in Gallifrey.
Now many years later he still held his wife in his arms as they slept in their room in the TARDIS. She made him happy. His Clara always saving him. Now they would never be parted.
He was broken out of his thoughts by the TARDIS starting to shake.
"What?" Clara asks sleepily
"I will take care of it. You just rest beautiful", the Doctor says kissing her
"Mmm. I think I would rather go with you. You might need my help", Clara says
"Humour me beautiful and stay in bed", the Doctor says
"I am coming with you there is something wrong with the TARDIS if it is shaking", Clara says getting up
"My stubborn Clara", the Doctor says fondly
"Let me get dressed", Clara says, "Oh Doctor we have an appointment about why I been feeling so sick"
"Yes I remember if the TARDIS behaves we will get to the appointment on time beautiful. Just get dressed and we will be there at the best Hospital in the Universe", The Doctor says
The Doctor moves to the control room.
"Why are you shaking old girl? Come on we have to get Clara to that appointment on time", the Doctor says typing in the date
The TARDIS seemed to work but there was still something off about her.
"Are we there? How is the TARDIS?" Clara asks coming in
"We have landed at the Hospital. But something is off about her can't you feel in Clara?" the Doctor asks
Clara frowns, "Yes I can. But we will have to look at her after this appointment"
"Fair since you have been sick for weeks. Let's go my Beautiful", the Doctor says putting an arm around her waist and they leave the TARDIS together
"Can I help you?" a nurse asks
"Clara Oswald has an appointment", the Doctor says
"I will get her doctor", the nurse says, "Take a seat it should not be too long"
Minutes later the doctor comes out to get them.
"Now Miss Oswald I heard you been tired and sick?" the doctor asks
"Yes", Clara says
"When was your last period?" the doctor asks
"What has that got to do with anything?" the Doctor asks
"Oh, Oh, Oh", Clara says eyes going wide
"Clara what is wrong?" the Doctor asks
"We can confirm it by a scan", the doctor says to Clara
"Confirm what?" the Doctor asks
"I might be pregnant Doctor", Clara says to him
"But the chances are 1 in 1 million", the Doctor says
"Let's confirm it. Miss Oswald please lie down", the doctor says
Clara laid on the table and pulled up her top.
"This might be a bit cold", the doctor says
Putting the gel on Clara's stomach the doctor begins to scan.
"Well congratulations you are indeed pregnant", the doctor says
"I am going to be a Mum. Doctor your going to be a Dad", Clara says tears in her eyes
"My impossible girl you bet the odds once again", the Doctor says kissing her
"You happy?" Clara asks
"Very", the Doctor says
"Now he is you baby see you can see the body…mmm…that is different. Time Lords only have two hearts", the doctor says
"What's wrong?" Clara asks
"Well I count four heartbeats here. That means your pregnant with twins", the doctor says
"Twins?" the Doctor asks shocked
"Yes. I am very sure. See there is the second baby", the doctor says
Clara was crying.
"Beautiful why are you crying?" the Doctor asks
"I am happy you idiot. These are tears of joy", Clara says
"How far along is my wife?" the Doctor asks
"2 months. Everything appears to be alright. Congratulations", the doctor says, "Do you want pictures?"
"Yes please", Clara says
"I'll be right back", the doctor says
"My Clara, My Impossible girl, My Beautiful you are amazing", the Doctor says kissing Clara
"Can we handle saving the universe and the babies?" Clara asks
"Yes. But I am going to be very protective of you and the babies", the Doctor says
They get the pictures and go back out to the TARDIS.
"So where do you want to go My Clara? As a celebration on what we are having?" the Doctor asks
"Anywhere there isn't a chance of danger", Clara says grinning, "But that is impossible all places you go trouble follows"
The Doctor rolls his eyes.
"You can't argue with it", Clara says
"No I can't. How about we go and visit your Dad on earth?" the Doctor asks
"I would love that", Clara says
"Well then we better be off", the Doctor says sending the TARDIS into the vortex
That's when the TARDIS begins to shutter and jerk.
"Doctor! What is happening?" Clara asks shouting panicked as she tries to hold on
"I don't know", the Doctor shouts back, "Hold on My Clara"
There was a bang and Clara had to let go of the rail. The TARDIS shudders once more and goes silent.
"Clara? Clara!" the Doctor says noticing her on the floor holding her head
He quickly goes down to Clara.
"Are you alright?" the Doctor asks
"I think so. What was that?" Clara asks
"Let me scan you and we will see what the TARDIS did", the Doctor says scanning Clara with his sonic, "Your fine just a little bruised"
That's when they hear a groan. Clara and the Doctor look at each other. The Doctor puts Clara behind him as they follow the groan.
"Who redecorated my TARDIS?" a voice asks
Clara looks with wild eyes at her Doctor.
"Actually this is MY TARDIS", the Doctor says showing off his sonic screwdriver
The man jumps up.
"Stay calm I am the Doctor", the man says
"I am the Doctor. Your my 11th regeneration", the 12th Doctor says scowling
"Your me? Well I don't have any more regenerations", the 11th Doctor says
"Of course I am you. Now don't touch anything while I see what the TARDIS did", the 12th Doctor says
"Clara! Is that you?" the 11th Doctor asks
"Yes it is me. I better help the Doctor", Clara says making her way to the 12th Doctor
"So how is travelling with me? How did I regenerate?" the 11th Doctor asks bouncing, "And why did I get so old?"
Clara looks at the 12th Doctor.
"Can't tell you. You should know. Now stop pestering Clara", the 12th Doctor says
"Your quite cranky aren't you?" 11th asks
12th just grunts and starts to scan the consult.
"So Clara without spoiling anything. How is this version of me?" 11th asks
Before Clara going respond the TARDIS starts shaking again and the lights flicker.
"Clara hold on someone is about to come on board like he did", 12th Doctor says
TARDIS shakes violently. Clara wonders who was going to come on next…
