It's May.
Spring.
Collins and Angel stood in the middle Tompkins Square Park dancing in the rain, to a song that only they knew.
"I love you" He says holding her close.
"I love you, too" She tells him.
They make eye contact and kiss.
301 Collins thinks to himself.
It's July.
Summer.
4th of July to be exact.
Things got hot after some drinks with friends and a fireworks show in Central Park.
There hands touch, Hard, 450, Eyes Meet, 455, Shirts tossed, 462, Her skirt, 467, his pants tossed, 473, His boxer were tossed, 478, her panties were tossed, he got behind, She screams in pain, no pain now, just pleasure
He moans, and screams. soon limp.
She lays her head on his chest.
"God I love you" Collins whispered into her ear, and kisses the top of her head.
Angel just smiled contently and fell asleep in the arms of her lover.
It's October.
Fall.
"This tell me the truth did I do a good job with the costume?" Collins asked, he opted to make his own Superman costume, with no help from anyone. It was not his best decision.
"To tell the truth honey, you did a pretty bad job" She admitted to him, "but I don't think you need a costume"
She snaked her arms around his neck
"And whys that, baby"
"'Cause you already are my Superman"
They kiss again.
705, the number goes up like a pedometer on a car.
It's December
Winter.
Snow drifts down from the sky and hits the ground.
They're one year anniversary.
Christmas Eve.
Collins is up trying to think of what to get Angel.
He looks over at the clock it reads 2am.
Then he looks at his lover.
Suddenly it hits him.
He knows exactly what he needs to do.
He tries not to make any noise as he gets out of bed and walks over to the closet.
He opens a shoe box, inside is a old ring. His Grandmother's engagement ring.
He realized she was his superman, He need her, she need him. They needed each other.
He put the ring on her finger, and wrote her a note.
Christmas Morning.
She reads the note.
Ang,
I realized I could live life, But I can't do it on my own.
So say yes?
Love Always,
Your Superman
She notices the ring on her finger.
She hopes out of bed, walks into the kitchen.
There Collins sits, waiting for her answer.
"So?"
She flings her arms around him and begins to cry.
He whips the tears from her face with his thumb.
"Is that a yes?"
"Of Course"
They Kiss
1,000
They hold each other close
"How about we make 2,000?" She whispers into his ear.
She was counting too.
