George stared at his brother in anger while his own face glared back. People always asked was being a twin odd but in truth the only odd thing to George was when they were fighting. For some reason it was like shouting into your own face, glaring at your own body truly they where like the same sole split in two. Tonight had been one of those rare occasions the twins were seen fighting but at this moment in time George couldn't even remember why. Even while his twin shouted at him George remained silent just waiting for his brother to stop. As Fred drew a breath George couldn't help himself he drew his brother into a bone-crushing hug, refusing to let go.

George couldn't help looking down into the face of his son, so identical to his own, but more importantly, so identical to Fred's. Even in anger his son took after his namesake. Fred had always been the one whose temper flared while his own slowly boiled and then drawn by his sudden memory George took his son into his arm and once more refused to let go. Pulling his son even closer George tried to stop the tears in his eyes.

'I'm so sorry Freddie, I'm so sorry.'

Even years later George was never quite sure to who he'd been talking to.
