In the dark of the night, in the comfort of his bed, a young man was tossing and turning. He was having a dream. But this wasn't the first time he had this dream. He had been having the same dream for the past 2 months. It was the same every night. He was moving through a forest in Tanzania. But the animals and Pokemon looked prehistoric. Even the humans looked more like ape-men. They were Homo erectus. He was in Africa, 1.2 million years ago. Then came the strangest part of the dream, when he would approach the edge of a gorge, what he would see would be two figures facing towards the bottom of the gorge. But these figures were modern in appearance. One was a boy, a Pokemon trainer, in modern clothing. Standing beside him, was a humanoid Pokemon that was modern in form. The strangest part about them, was that they both looked very familiar. But after he would see them, the dream would end and he would wake up. But that didn't mean he didn't get a good enough look at the final image of his dream, besides he had the dream for 2 months. This time, after he woke up, he decided to draw the final image of his dream on paper and use the drawing when he was awake to find out who the boy and the Pokemon are that were looking over the gorge in his dream. He wanted to find out if they were real and if they existed in his time. His drawing was complete and he was ready to start his search for answers.
