My 1st guess is Red's Baby Brother and that is because 1st we haven't seen him yet and maybe he is not a baby... makes you wonder right ?
My 2nd guess is that the master is Mirror I mean it's completly unexpected and he is in the perfect place to do some things......
My 3rd guess is that it is an everafter that we have not seen yet like humpty dumpty (don't ask).
