Hey guys! Sorry I have not updated my stories, but I kinda stopped interest in Storm or Fire! But, i will update it either soon, or at the latest, the end of the month. I'm really sorry. So I thought I'd make it up to you in a one-shot! It may not be good, because I have not written in a while. All I've written was school stuff, which is a total bore. But read and review!

Pain. That's all that Percy felt. Why? Because the one he loved, loved another man.

Percy took his hand, and rubbed his face. Of course, he still went to the ocean. He still hung out with his friends. He didn't show his pain or sadness to anyone if Thalia passed by. He was still him, just different. A knocking at the door took Percy out of his trance.

"Come in!" Percy called. Annabeth, one of Percy's best friend, came barging in. When she noticed Percy laying on his bed, she sighed.

"You can't hide forever, Percy. I know that your upset." Annabeth said, taking a seat at the foot of his bed.

"I don't know what you talking about." Percy insisted.

Annabeth rolled her eyes, "Being a daughter of Athena, we can see things more clearly. We can tell if your hiding something, a deep hidden emotion. Its because we came from brains. Lots of things are kept hidden there, and we're able to see them."

Percy glanced at Annabeth and sighed. He could hear the waves crashing together, even from a distance. "I get it, kinda. You're right. Ever since Thalia left, I don't know. I liked her a lot and she did too liked me. But she saw something in Nico. I don't know…maybe its because they can relate?"

"Maybe."

"I'm beginning to think that opposites don't attract. Whoever made it up is wrong." Percy whispered.

"He was a son of Athena, who was blessed by Aphrodite. And he's right though. Opposites do attract. I mean, look at me! How do you think I'd fall for a seaweed brain like you?" Annabeth said.

2 YEARS LATER. Age 18!

Percy and Annabeth were lying down at the beach, holding hands and watching the waves.

"Hey, Annabeth?" Percy asked.

"Mmmm?" Annabeth said.

"You're right. Opposites do attract." Percy said, remembering what Annabeth had told him not to long ago.

"However did you come to that conclusion?" Annabeth said. She leaned in closer to Percy, who started to stroke her blonde curly hair.

"Because I feel in love with a know-it-all like you." Percy laughed. Annabeth hit his chest lightly and giggled.

Somewhat near them, a few Aphrodite girls 'awed'.

"PERCABETH FOREVER!" Screamed one, but either Percabeth didn't hear them or they ignored them.

"Carly, shut up! You're ruining the story!" Another exclaimed.

THE ENDDDDDDDDDDD

I'm SORRY again that it may not be good. I've been writing school work and summaries, so I will be a little rusty for a while.

If you have any pointers or suggestions or you just wanna do it for the heck of it, please review!

It makes me happy and puts a smile on my face!

P.S. You may have noticed that I added that little Athena thing! I thought, that would be a cool thing for Athena kids, cause all they have is their smarts.

P.S.S. I actually made this while watching Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Yep, it was just spontaneous like that.

P.S.S.S. Sorry if it felt rushed, it was cause I wanted to see my favorite part in the movie.
