A/N: I am working on next the chapters of Farming Life and Laisse-Moi T'Aider, but it may be a while before I have them ready. Until then, I'll be doing this series of one-shots. With extremely short chapters. OTL Sorry!

DISCLAIMER: I own nothing but me.

Arthur sighed as he tried to relax. After absolute chaos broke out during their meeting, Ludwig declared a thirty minutes break. Arthur decided to spend the break drinking warm tea in the park. A wind blew through and he shivered. "It's a bit chilly." He turned his head when he heard footsteps. "What in the world is Alfred doing out here? I thought he hated even the slightest cold."

Upon closer inspection, Arthur realized that it wasn't Alfred walking through the park, though he couldn't remember this boy's name. What mostly caught his attention was how the boy was coughing. He stopped and wheezed a bit. "Lad? Are you alright?" The boy coughed some more. "A-asthma." Arthur went over to the boy and led him to the bench.

"Just sit down lad. Have you got your inhaler?" The boy nodded. "Bag." He hurriedly tried to find it. "Don't worry, I'll find it. Just take deep, slow breathes." Arthur searched through the boy's bag and quickly found his inhaler. "Here we go." He handed the boy his inhaler and the boy began to use it.

"Alright lad, just relax and take deep, slow breathes." After a few moments, the boy seemed to improve. "Thanks Arthur." Arthur was surprised that the boy knew him, but soon his surprise turned to embarrassment when he realized he couldn't remember this boy's name.

"I'm sorry, but what is your name? I can't seem to remember it." The boy gave a small sad smile. "Matthew. We've met before." Arthur now felt guilty. "I'm so sorry that I forgot..." Matthew just smiled. "It's okay, most people forget my name. Anyway, thank you for your help." Arthur smiled. "It was nothing Matthew."

A/N: Yeah, this is really, really short. Sorry about that. This is mostly a product of boredom and watching the BritishRedCross's first aid videos on YouTube. If you guys like it, I'll continue it.

Next chapter: heart attack.

Let me know who you guys want to have the heart attack. (England is not an option though. He's the one helping.)
