It was another painfully boring day on Roundview college campus. No, nothing was out of the ordinary at all, Cook was already basically smashed at only ten in the morning, JJ was dutifully practicing his magic tricks, the rest of the gang was continuing as normal.

Oh, wait, I (as your wondrous narrator) take that back. Something was out of order. Extremely out of order. See over there? Under that tree to the left of the stairs? That's where it was. One this certain day a strange event occurred.

The eldest half of a certain red haired sibling duo was leaning against said tree. Nothing out of the ordinary there, you say. Nay, what was abnormal was rather who her company was.

Naomi walked up - no, walk is far to plain of a word for it, rather, stalked up - to Katie with an infuriating smirk plastered across her face. A rare site, A Naomi-Smirk, if one ever sees one you should prepared for utter reversal of your world with a bit of sarcasm.

Not wanting to dealing with her sister's girlfriend at the moment - after the Love Ball Katie's attitude had improved, but was far from perfect - Katie cut her off. " You do realize I'm Katie, right?" Naomi, of course, had moved a bit to close for comfort (about two meters length) and Katie chose to use Naomi's famous sarcasm skills against her.

"No, I obviously don't know what my girlfriend looks like." Naomi continued walking until she was closer to Katie, most likely as to seek shade under the tree or, more probably, as to not be seen from the main parade of students as they arrived for their first classes after a long summer break.

"Mfh." Katie muttered under her breath. " What do want?"

"Just thought we should get to know each other so more." Naomi rolled her eyes. " Look what I found."

Finding Naomi shoving a fistful of papers in her face Katie held up her hand as if to ward off the onslaught of papers (though, notably there was only a few, less the ten for sure) she found her hand full of... Newspaper articles?

Not wanting to waste anymore of her free non-college time Katie raised a quizzical eyebrow at Naomi. In response she smirked. "Go on, read it." Briefly scanning the page Katie flashed Naomi a Look.

"The Science of Being Gay?"

"That would be the title, yes."

Grudgingly seeing as Naomi was so persistent Katie settled down and read through the article once.

"Is this supposed to make me more understanding of Emily?" The redhead asked.

"Did you read it?" Naomi waved away her question.

"Yes."

"All the way through?"

"And?"

"Being gay is determined in the womb."

"Yah, yah, yah. She can't help what she is."

"No."

"No?"

Smirking Naomi laced each word with that tone of voice one uses on a young child. "She's your twin."

"Yes."

Naomi smirked again. Realization of what Naomi was saying filled Katie, her face coloring to match her hair.

"Naomi!" Came a squeal as Emily, who was just turning up on campus, caught sight of Naomi.

Naomi turned away from the older twin and started walking over to greet - and no doubt also snog - her girlfriend.

"Don't worry," She called passing over her shoulder. "Emily does know about you and Effy yet."
