"Hey Neil," Dr. Neil Tyson looked up from the pill bottle he was reading to find his coworker, Dr. Abby Geo. "Truth or dare?"
"What?"
"Truth or dare?" Abby repeated, sticking her hands in her white coat.
"Truth." Neil said flatly.
"Dare it is!" Neil opened his mouth to protest, but was cut off. "I dare you to point at the next baby you see and scream 'SAVIOR OF THE GALAXY!'" With a bow and a smile, Abby disappeared. Neil chuckled and continued to read the ingredients of the pills. He was interrupted yet again, but this time by a nurse.
"Doc! There's a woman here, she's going into labor!" The nurse said with panic. Neil suddenly straightened up and began walking beside the nurse at a brisk pace.
One hour and a baby boy later, Neil wiped his forehead and began to step out of the room to allow the new parents some privacy only to be stopped by Abby.
"Do it." Abby whispered, pointing at the family.
"No," Neil resisted, trying to squeeze past her, but to no avail.
"Do it, or I''ll tell the whole hospital about the time you stole an ambulance." Abby threatened.
"I didn't steal it! My foot just slipped on the accelerator!"
"Do it." She repeated ominously. Neil sighed in defeat and walked back to the happy family.
"Is there a problem Doctor?" The father asked. Neil sighed again and pointed at the newborn.
"SAVIOR OF THE GALAXY" He bellowed, and ran out of the room.
He never did find out what the boy's first name was, but he knew its last. Shepard.
