This is a bit short, and I honestly don't know how I came up with it. So, you know, if it's bad, it's bad.

Anyways, ATLA belongs to Bryan and Mike.

You sit in front of the former princess, now that she is behind bars instead of you. You sit in front of her and wonder what had brought her to this place. A filthy place that you know she would despise being put in—if she were able to think clearly. You wonder why you hadn't saved her from being here. For surely, you could have been able to.

If Azula could recognized you, you know she would try to burn your face from your skull. However, the cell was dimly lit, and it seemed that Azula was trying to work out how a simple Water Tribe peasant had defeated her. And it seemed that her only reason was that Ursa had been helping the Water Tribe girl win.

It was dreadful for you. For it was this that made you realize that even if you had known that this would happen, you wouldn't be able to save her. It was destiny that Azula end up losing her mind. You should have known. You should have seen it.

Even though you hadn't, you could have stopped it somehow, no? You could have saved her somehow. That had to be a possibility.

"Ty Lee." You looked up from your hands when she said your name. She didn't even give you a chance to answer before continuing. "Why are you wearing that? What is the purpose of wearing that disguise?"

"Azula—"

However, it seemed that the princess realized that you were not dressed in a disguise but the uniform that you would be wearing for quite a long time.

"Just another trick of Mother's. That's all. Mother's clever tricks. Ty Lee is in the Boiling Rock. Soon, I shall return home. Home to Caldera—yes."

"Azula—"

"Go away." The princess turned to face the blank wall that had what looked like scorch marks all over it. "Someone make the bugs go away."

From there, Azula rambled softly about bugs crawling on her skin. Though soon the quiet murmurings progressed into deafening shouts that most definitely were not characteristic of Princess Azula.

It was one thing to save someone from an outside threat. Sadly, it was completely different when it came to saving someone from themselves, and that was something that Ty Lee had learned against her will.
