"Where am I?" asked Ahrok. "My last memories are of falling into the water and almost drowning." He looked down and noticed something really unexpected. He was a Toa now!

"What? How? Before I blacked out I was a Matoran sinking to the bottom of the sea. Now I'm a Toa lying on the beach," he said. He paused for a moment. "Where is this beach, anyway?"

"The island of Atra Nui," replied a voice. Ahrok jumped up, startled. He noticed a Ga-Matoran sitting near him.

"Who are you?" asked Ahrok.

"My name is Trezka," responded the blue Matoran. "I've never seen a yellow Toa before. What's your element?"

"Lightning," said Ahrok. "How did I get here?"

"I don't know," said Trezka. "Probably the way the rest of us Toa did." Ahrok scratched his head. Trezka chuckled. "Oh, sorry. I almost forgot."

Trezka's form began to shimmer. When it stopped, a Toa of Water now stood in her spot.

"Toa Trezka, at your service," she said. Ahrok was dumbfounded. He then noticed that the Kanohi mask Trezka wore was a Mahiki of Illusion. The silence between the two beings was broken by a shout.

"Trezka! Run!" The call came from a Toa of Stone. Chasing him was a group of Zyglak.

"I suggest we heed his advice," said Trezka urgently. The two Toa started to run as fast as they could. It wasn't long before the Toa of Stone caught up to them; of course, that unfortunately meant the Zyglak were catching up, too.

After nearly an hour of running, the trio managed to escape their pursuers. Exhausted, they took shelter up in a tree.

"Well, I don't believe you've been properly introduced," began Trezka. "Krihl, this is…"

"Ahrok," said the yellow Toa.

"Ahrok. Ahrok, this is Krihl."

"An extravagant pleasantry to make your acquaintance," said Krihl.

"Same here," replied Ahrok. "That was an interesting first day of being a Toa."

"This is your principal solar epoch?" asked Krihl.

"Umm, yes?" replied Ahrok. Trezka chuckled.

"He speaks like that. You get used to it after a while," she said.

"I decline to comprehend how my speech bemuses you," said Krihl.

"You what?" asked Ahrok.

Unbeknownst to anyone, someone was observing the new inhabitants of the island. After counting them, she sat back in her makeshift throne and smiled with satisfaction.

"They're all here. You can go join them now," she said. A being exited the chamber.
